1.3 MPOS产品:整机保修期半年,由出厂之日开始计算。

2.1 本公司所售产品在保修期限内,客户在正常状态下使用产品而发生故障,客户将享受免费保修,保换及免费软件升级服务。
2.2 以下情况不在保修范围内:
l 产品或配件超过规定保修期限的;
l 使用过程中擅自修理或拆机导致机器故障的;
l 人为或不可抗力的因素(自然灾害、地震、雷击、虫害等)造成设备或软件的损坏;
l 机器的消耗品:如打印机滚轴等,不属于保修范围。
l 因电压异常、使用环境不当而导致的故障。
l 因使用非厂家出厂配备的电源适配器,电池等造成的故障。
3.1 本公司所售产品在保修期限内,客户在正常状态下使用产品而发生故障,将严格执行免费保修,免费更换服务。
3.2 如因客户人为或不可抗力原因所造成的产品硬件损坏,我司只收取其相关零配件的成本费用,免收人工维修费。

我司收到故障机具起15个工作日内处理完成维修并寄出。
